360 MALL FOOD LOUNGE TO UNDERGO KD 2 MILLION TRANSFORMATION

360 MALL, Kuwait’s iconic shopping mall owned by Tamdeen Shopping Centers, is to completely transform its food lounge on level 3 to provide an enhanced F&B offering to surpass customer expectations and create a new international dining destination in Kuwait.

The redevelopment of the Food Lounge, valued at an impressive KD 2 million, will take place over three phases ensuring several food outlets remain operational in each phase for mall customers to enjoy their dining experience at existing outlets. The redevelopment will result ina 26 unit F&B Food Lounge with common and dedicated seating areas.

Shavak Srivastava, Board Member,Tamdeen Shopping Centers Company, said: “Customers in Kuwait are discerning and have high expectations of their dining experience, be it fast food, casual or gourmet dining. We have researched our mall’s customer preferences, studied them in depth and are now ready to redefine the entire food lounge to make it ‘the place to dine in’ in Kuwait.”

The new food lounge has been re-designed to the highest international standards and in line with 360 MALL customer expectations of a relaxing and refined dining experience. It will include restaurants precinct in addition to several quick service outlets giving customer the option to choose the experience they want. A major feature will be a new garden-themed court with lush vertical gardens and a 10-meter high waterfall as the focal point. Electronic panels in the ceiling will simulate the sky and mall common areas will have a designer wooden roof. In addition, high end common area finishes and contemporary storefronts will distinguish and differentiate the 360 MALL food lounge dining experience.

Phase 1 of the redevelopment will be spread over six months and the total program will be finished in 18 months.
